UWP E83 - 25 Year Reunion

Well... the reunion has come and gone but what fun we had 25 years later. How cool was it for us that had traveled in 1983 and had staged in Tucson, AZ to be going back to the place that it all started for us. It made a special event even better to know that this was where we all had come together 25 years before for the very first time.

The Westin La Paloma was the perfect location for the reunion. The weather was great... we even got the benefit of a light show in the sky on a couple occasions... and in San Diego we don't see that very often.

The band got to jam a little bit and of course did the Era Show and we kicked every other era's ass that night... no contest! Not that is was a contest... but we WON!

Many thanks go out to the Reunion Organizing Committee for doing a great job. To Mia Hansen for all that she did for us not only for the 4 days of the reunion but for the days, weeks and months spent preparing for this. Great job Mia!

So many others played a part in the sucess of the reunion that I won't start the long list here but to all of you out there here's a big THANK YOU!!!! for making it an AWESOME event.

Now we can start thinking about the next time we can try to get together. Certainly 2013 is on the calendar and that will be a nice carrrot out there but we need to do something sooner and I know things will come up. I can't wait.
